ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:
Our program is held at Lake Bonny Park located in Lakeland, Florida. We are located in central Florida between Tampa and Orlando, home of Mickey. This is a newly constructed park.
Lunch is provided onfield each day for students.
All students will be tested in height, weight, flexibility, grip strength, leg power, agility, endurance, bat speed and 60-yard dash. Sophomores and up will receive a comprehensive evaluation of ability and a college projection number (CPN).
Other topics of Instruction include:
Hitting, Pitching, Baserunning, Catching, Throwing, Infield and Outfield instruction plus Speed Enhancement and Instructional Games.
