Some organizations may have other refund policies than those listed herein, but no organization's policy may be more restrictive than this policy. Please consult the organization from which you originally purchased your registration, tournament, or merchandise for further details.
Return Policy on Team and Player Registrations
If, before the first day of the season for which you have registered, you require a refund
for any reason, we will gladly refund your money less an administrative fee of up to 10% of
your purchase price.
NO REFUNDS shall be granted for registrations after the first day of the season for which
the registration applies.
Return Policy on Tournaments
If, prior to two weeks before the start of the tournament for which you have registered,
you require a refund for any reason, we will gladly refund your money less an administrative
fee of up to 10% of your purchase price.
NO REFUNDS shall be granted for registrations after the date two weeks prior to the start
of the tournament.
Return Policy on Uncustomized and Unpersonalized Merchandise
If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly
refund your purchase price, minus shipping fees, and with the exception of items marked "Sales
are final". We require proof of purchase, the return of the product in its original packaging
and in good sellable condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
You must arrange to ship your items, pre-paid, to the location designated by the organization
from which you purchased the merchandise. Items should be packaged securely to prevent
damage. For tracking purposes, we require that the return should be shipped via
a traceable carrier such as UPS who also provide proof of delivery.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.
Return Policy on Customized or Personalized Merchandise
NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES shall be granted for customized or personalized
merchandise for any reason, except those directly related to a manufacturer's defect or
production error.
