Field Conditions and Determination of Play During Weather Events

All determinations regarding field status in the event of inclement weather, are made by the Parks & Recreation Department for the City of Eureka. During the season, once a decision is made concerning the status of the fields, ESA is notified and if need be ESA will immediately thereafter update our website and rainout line. Please contact the Parks & Rec Dept. for field status prior to the beginning of the season if you have a practice permit.

Refund Policy
	Effective 2/15/2010 all refunds will be subject to a $15 processing fee.

Work Duty Makeups

All participants at ESA are required to serve some sort of work duty. When you sign up you choose the date you are working or enter exemption codes if you are coaching.
If you have a work date and are unable to meet it, it is your responsiblity to reschedule.

We recommend that you start by discussing a trade with other parents on your team or at ESA or with your coach.

Note that rainouts will result in the need for a rescheduled work duty. You will be contacted with your new date/time.
