GamePlan supports parent volunteer and work duty programs, allowing you to configure the program the way you do things. The parent volunteer system fully integrates into player registration, allowing parents and players to select their work duties as they register.
GamePlan"s parent volunteer system provides full visibility. Easily view your work duty status at any time. Through both reports and the calendar view, you may view which shifts are full and which remain unfilled.
GamePlan supports a wide variety of sign-up types, including a calendar view for session selection, an agreement type for duties that do not require a specific date, and a special coupon-based category, allowing only parents and players who have a coupon code to continue. GamePlan supports holidays and other special shifts which give double or triple credit for selection.
GamePlan allows you to easily administer fines and penalties for missed work duties. When the next season rolls around, player will not be able to register at any GamePlan-enabled facility until their fines have been paid.
