PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE TRYOUT TIMES TO CHECK IN AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE. 

PLAYERS MUST BRING GLOVES, BATS, AND WEAR APPROPRIATE BASEBALL CLOTHING AND GEAR. ALL BOYS MUST BE WEARING CUPS TO TRYOUT. HELMETS AND CATCHER’S GEAR WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THOSE THAT MAY NEED THEM.  

12 players will be chosen for each team. Evaluators will be all TDP managers, Babe Ruth Tournament Team managers & coaches and members of the CLLL player development committee.

8U cost=$550.00 (includes the spring in house registration fee)  

Payment plans will be available. Initial Payment of $100.00 will be due in September as acceptance of offer to join the team. 

  • 2 tournaments (April & Memorial Day Weekend) 

  • 4-6 single games (May-June) 

  • 8 indoor training sessions (January-March) 

  • Weekly practices (April-June)  

  • Full uniform (two jerseys), hat and practice shirt included 

9U/10U cost=$665.00 (includes the spring in house registration fee)   

Payment plans will be available. Initial Payment of $125.00 will be due in September as acceptance of offer to join the team. 

  •  3 tournaments (April, Memorial Day Weekend & June) 

  • 6-8 single games (May-June)  

  • 12 indoor training sessions (January-March) 

  • Weekly practices (April-June) 

  • Full uniform (two jerseys), hat and practice shirt included 

11U cost=$735.00 (includes the spring in house registration fee) 

Payment plans will be availableInitial Payment of $135.00 will be due in September as acceptance of offer to join the team 

  • 3 tournaments (April, Memorial Day Weekend & June) 

  • MCYSA tournament in July 

  • 6-8 single games (April-June) 

  • 8 indoor pitching clinics (November-January) 

  • 12 indoor training sessions (January-March) 

  • Weekly practices (April-June) 

  • Full uniform (two jerseys), hat and practice shirt included 

  • 11U players are expected to continue playing together as a team through the All-Star season without trying out for the All-Star team. There will be an opt out policy for the All-Star season and there will be tryouts for an in house players to try to make the 11U team as a 13th player for All-Stars and MCYSA play. All-Star tryouts will also be held to fill roster spots for any TDP players that have opted out of playing in All-Stars.   

 

 

12U cost=$735.00 (includes the spring in house registration fee) 

Payment plans will be available. Initial payment of $135.00 will be due in September as acceptance of offer to join the team

  • 12U players are expected to continue playing together as a team through the All-Star season without trying out for the All-Star team. There will be an opt out policy for the All-Star season and there will be tryouts for a 13th player from the in house player pool to make the 12U team for All-Stars or to fill a roster spot for any TDP player that has opted out of playing in All-Stars.

Crystal Lake Little League Baseball was formed in 2011 as a result of the merger of Continental Little League and Crystal Lake American Little League. Crystal Lake Little League Baseball is the only organization in Crystal Lake chartered by Little League International, and eligible to compete in the Little League World Series.

The objective of Crystal Lake Little League Baseball is to instill in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect. By advocating these virtues the Crystal Lake Little League Baseball program is designed to develop well adjusted, stronger and happier children that will grow to be superior citizens.

Little League Challenger Program Minimize

      
CLLLB is part of Little League District 13, which serves multiple communities in the Northwest Suburbs. District 13 currently has three active Challenger programs: Bartlett, Dundee/Carpentersville and Woodstock.
