	Colts win Tournament Columbia Colts win football tournament Columbia Daily Tribune Friday December 3, 2010 The Columbia Youth Football League sixth-grade Columbia Colts went 3-0 to win the Show Me Challenge last weekend in Blue Springs. Players included Brevinn Tyler, Spencer Etters, Tanner Strodtman, Eddie Pilsudski, Thomas Dutton, Jacob Schneider, Colton Snyder, Hunter Smith, Airen Lapsley, Jaevon McQuitty, Austin Rauch, Cody Heider, Tate Nickleberry, Cleyton Gracie-Hoover, Gaige Berryman, Jerald Harris, Brennen Demarco and Kohrdel Lynn. Gary Tyler, Sean Dutton, Dan Hoover and Jason Etters coached the team.

	Colts Corner The Columbia Colts represent the competitive division of the League. The Colts are select 5^th, 6^th, 7^th and 8^th grade teams which compete in the St. Louis Gateway League. Each division also fields a select Colts team for Show Me State Games and post-season tournaments. The coaches for this year's teams are: 5^th Grade Colts: Head Coach – Mike Morris Assistant Coach’s – Bryan Clayton, Bruce Wilson and Ben Davidson 6^th Grade Colts: Head Coach – Gary Tyler Assistant Coach’s – Jason Etters, Dan Hoover and Sean Dutton 7th/8th Grade Colts (Hickman): Head Coach – Jimmy Pasley Assistant Coach’s – Ross Herman, Richard “Sparky” Johnson and Tony Pope 7th/8th Grade Colts (Rock Bridge): Head Coach – Sam Barbee Assistant Coach’s – Mike Troyer and Mike Wilson 2009 Show-Me State Champions, 4th Grade division. The 6th grade division placed 3rd. Previously our 8th Grade division was undeafeted during the 2008 season in the St. Louis JFL program.
