2012 High School Baseball/Softball Player Registration

This registration is for the individual players on teams to register for the 2012 HS Baseball and Softball Season in the St. Louis County Athletic Association.

2012 Registration Fees Minimize

Youth Registration

  • $130 for a single child
  • $115 for 2nd child
  • $105 for third or more children

Training League

  • $80 per child (no multi player discount)

Adult Softball

  • $600 per team (10 games with 1 additional night to accommodate any playoff games)

High School

  • $1,000 per team (no concession duty)

Concession Buyout

  • $135

    2 Concession Duties per family regardless of number of children

    $200 charge will be applied to your credit card for failure to complete scheduled concession duties  

Concession Duty Penalty:
Any member family whom does not complete both their concession duties for a spring/summer session will be tracked and required to buyout in lieu of concession requirements for the following spring summer session. This is in addition to the potential cashing of your deposit check.

Refund Policy Minimize
 

EAA Refund Policy:

 

  • 90% Refund, if requested before April 15, 2012
  • No refunds after April 16, 2012
  • 100% Refund of registration fee, if EAA can not place you on a team
  • Note: Late Registration fee ($25) is non refundable

EAA Refund Procedure:

  1. Send an e-mail to jvankleeck@charter.net.
  2. Have "Refund Request" in the subject line of the e-mail
  3. Include your name, telephone number, and the name of the player(s) you want to remove from the program.
  4. If your address information is correct in the EAA data base (you can verify using your Id & password), then you do not need to include address.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from acknowledgement of the request.
