Hitting - Finish with Balance
You are not using your hips in your swing. Your back leg is collapsing and your weight is not transferring to your front side in your swing. The hips must explode with your weight transferring to a firm front side. Your weight should start at 60% on your back foot and 40% on your front foot. During the swing the weight should transfer, at least 60% to your front side. It is not just a turn of the hips, but an explosion of the hips. Your head should finish just behind your front foot and your back foot should be fully pivoted as the result of exploding your hips. Your belly button should be pointed to the pitcher. Your shoulders should be fully turned.
