Personal Hitting Evaluation - Faster Hips
The hips must explode in your swing. The hips take the hands through the zone. Your weight must transfer from the back side to the front side in a violent manner. It is not just a turn of the hips, but an explosion of the hips. Your head should finish just behind your front foot and your back foot should be fully pivoted as the result of the hips exploding. Your belly button should be pointed to the pitcher. Your shoulders should be fully turned.
