Hitting Trigger
You need movement before you swing. You must rotate "In" slowly and under control to get started to swing the bat. Your front ankle, hip, waist and front shoulder should rotate in when the pitcher starts to come forward. In the stance, your back elbow is pointed down to the ground; the elbow should raise to a 45-degree angle as you trigger, allowing life in the clubhead. Remember, no good hitter hits from a dead stop.
