AREAS OF CONCENTRATION:
1. Front foot closed with weight on ball of foot.
2. Front shoulder on target.
3. Legs flexed with weight 50/50.
4. Keeping legs flexed with front foot pivoting as you throw.
EXECUTION:
1. Start in throwing stance. Be sure front foot is closed with weight 50-50 and on balls of feet.
2. Shift weight to 80/20 with hip to target and head still, keeping front shoulder closed and allowing front shoulder to raise significantly higher than the back shoulder.
3. Simulate throw, firing hips at last possible second and rotating on ball of front foot, keeping your legs flexed throughout the entire motion.
