For the 2012 season, ESA will be moving to a web-based scheduling system called ASSIGNR. This system will allow:

• Management of your availability
• Accept or Decline games
• Email and Text notification of canceled games
• Internet visibility of your assigned games
• Messaging
• Many other features

To get started please complete the form on this page. In order to manage your role as an ESA umpire, you will need to have an email address that you or your parents can easily access. After ESA receives this form, you will be set up in the ASSIGNR system and sent an email with further instructions on how to log into the system. This email may take several days to receive.

Once you log into the system you will need to click on your profile and add additional information, and update the days you are available to umpire.

That’s all there is to it! We will of course review this system during umpire training

Update - Log-in information has been sent to every umpire that has completed the form below. In order to umpire during the 2012 season, you must log into the ASSIGNR web site using this information. Several potential umpires have not completed this process!!
