One area of grave concern is ACL injuries specially among women players, some data indicates that 1 of every 5 female soccer players suffer an ACL injury during their playing careers so with this in mind we set out to find answers and possible solutions to injury prevention and care. So it gives me great pleasure to announce that our friends at The University of South Florida Physician's Group Sports Medicine Department will provide continuing education for our trainers and coaches in the following areas: *Sports Specific Injury Prevention Training *ACL Prevention Education *Dynamic Stretching Techniques In addition and in the event of an injury, our players will receive VIP preferential treatment when making an appointment with USF Sports Medicine Group. We are very happy to have this available to our players and this is only part of our commitment to provide a First Class soccer experience for all our members.
