2009 Volleyball Official’s Data Sheet and Referee Test/Answer Sheet

In order to scorekeep for the 2009 volleyball season, you must be 12 years old by September 1, 2009, complete the Data Sheet and attend a scorekeeper’s clinic.
In order to referee for the 2009 volleyball season, you must be 13 years old by September 1, 2009, complete and pass the Referee Test, complete the Data Sheet and attend a scorekeeper’s clinic.
All forms are due to Mike Hillyer, Head Volleyball Official, by Monday, June 15th.
