Final JAMZ NationalsMario Lucero

I was born in Sacramento and I’ll be 44 in June. I graduated from Center High School. I’ve coached youth football for 6 years, been to 2 championships in 3 years (Won 1, Lost 1). As Defensive Coordinator, I haven’t given up a Touchdown at our home stadium in 2 straight years! I have 3 children and I work for MVP Petroleum Engineering Inc. I have the same goal every year which is to make a difference. I coach and give my time for the coaches that made a difference in my life; I want to pay it forward.

Final JAMZ NationalsNate Lauppe

I was born in Sacramento and raised in North Highlands where I went to Highlands High school. This will be my 13th season with OJV and my 7th season Coaching. My family has grown up in OJV, from my oldest who is now 19, to my youngest at 12. I currently work for Kaiser Permanente who allows me to spend the time needed to Coach and be a part of the OJV family. I coach because I enjoy the game and the interaction with the kids. Watching them grow in this game, in school, and their lives is a fulfilling experience for me and is what brings me back every year.

Final JAMZ NationalsDavid Richard

I was born in Lowell, Massachusetts in 1981.  I have two kids, Jorden aka Turtle (10) and Caitlyn (17) and a beautiful wife Erica.  I work for the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration as a Business Taxes Representative and have been there for 18 years.  I’ve been involved with OJV for the last 12 years as my daughter was a cheerleader, and my son is entering his 5th year of football.  I love coaching kids because there is no better feeling than teaching kids and seeing them use whatever you taught them on the field or in life.  I don’t just want to be a football coach, I want to be a role model and mentor to these kids.  I’ve made so many for life friends in my time at OJV and couldn’t think of a better place to coach!

Final JAMZ NationalsJoshua Hough

I was born and raised in San Jose, CA where I lived until three years ago. Our family moved to Roseville to be closer to family and for a better quality of life. We are new to the OJV family and are very excited to be a part of it, coming from the Whitney Jr. Wildcats in Rocklin. I played high school ball, as well as POP Warner for 6 years. I am an electrician by trade, and am able to get off early which allows me the time to dedicate myself to my family and football. My family consists of my wife, Ruby, our two sons, Julian and Jaxson, and our dogs Jake and Rose. When our kids are not playing, baseball, football, basketball and sometimes BMX, we love hanging out with our friends and family just BBQing, swimming and camping. We are also big Oakland Raider's fan (we won't hold it against you if you like the Niner's or the Patriots... too much lol).
