PYA Umpires Minimize

Umpires

Please arrive 45 minutes before your game and pick up your game cards at the concession stand, (if open) or in the Press Box 1st Floor. These are to be completed and signed by both managers and umpires, and turned in at the concession stand directly following the game. This is your time card and proof that you worked the game. You will not get paid without it. This is how your pay will be processed. Make sure to get your receipt after you turn in your pay card for your record.

It is also your responsibility to make sure your field is set up for the proper age group and division prior to game time. The dimensions for all age groups are on the back page of your county rulebook, which you should have with you any time that you are working. They are also on the buckets you use to set up fields. If you do not have one, let me know and I'll get you one. If you are unsure how to set up the fields, please contact me and we will train those who need it.

Please continually check the game schedule as game times and locations will change, sometimes daily. If there are openings that you can work, please contact me so we can get these spots filled.

Make sure to turn in your 2 week umpire schedule before the due date listed at the top of the page. If you have not turned this form in, you will not get scheduled. These forms must be turned in on time. This is how ALL of our games are scheduled, and the only way for you to get scheduled.
Reminder:
You will need indicator, ball bag, brush, hat, pen, shirt, water jug, towel.
Dress the same Grey pants  Navy Blue Shorts
