VPAA is a volunteer organization and every member of VPAA is considered a volunteer. This organization belongs to every registered family; the board of directors is simply volunteer caretakers of the day-day operations. Unless you are volunteering as a coach, the volunteer commitment is a minimum of 6 hours per family.
